This means we don't pack your shoes from a crowded warehouse — instead, we request your exact size and style directly from our supplier network the moment your order is confirmed.

Here is everything you need to know about how your new shoes make their way to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes

Because we fetch and quality-check your shoes specifically for you, our delivery process happens in two stages:

• Order Processing Phase (3–5 business days): We secure your shoes from our supplier and bring them to us for a strict quality check — we make sure the stitching, fit, and finish are absolutely perfect before they go out to you.
• Courier Phase (2–3 business days): Once packed, your order is handed over to our local courier partner to be delivered straight to your door.

Total Estimated Time: You can expect your shoes to arrive within 10–15 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date your delivery arrives to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including the shoebox). Tip: please try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles!
• Easy Exchanges: Found the perfect style but need a different size? Exchanges are 100% free — we cover the courier cost to get the right size to your doorstep.
